Join us for a winter day of birding along the beautiful shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene! We’ll explore several favorite birding spots, typically beginning at the North Idaho College Loop and following the lakeshore to Higgins Point, watching for the birds that make this area their winter home.

After our lakeside outing, we’ll head downtown to warm up with hot drinks, good conversation, and plenty of bird talk. Bring your binoculars, dress for the cold weather, and enjoy a winter day of birding and camaraderie with Coeur d’Alene Audubon!

Access Considerations: There will be a lot of driving and standing outside, quietly observing.
