We will visit Turnbull National Wildlife Recreation Area to observe birds and other wildlife, and then have lunch in Cheney. Bring snacks and water.

Target Birds: wintering waterfowl and early Spring migrants

Meet at the At Home parking lot where carpools can be voluntarily arranged at your discretion. Bring lunch, water and a pair of binoculars if you have them. Dress for the weather.

Level of Difficulty: Easy. Mostly driving, with stops along the way for scoping and binocular observation. We will walk out to the wetlands, about a 1/2 mile walk on a flat paved pathway.
